Parkland has allowed extensive building in the NW corner of Parkland to continue without proper planning. There is only one way out of NW parkland, and that is Coral Ridge Dr. Opening Lox Rd without proper traffic capacity has created a very dangerous situation for our residents as well. At the end of the day, it will affect our property values when people who are considering the area realize the bottleneck that has been allowed to continue to grow in our beautiful city.
