Parkland residents got into the holiday spirit by decorating their homes to the nines.

From those houses completely covered in lights to others who joined forces with their neighbors, Parkland communities pulled out all the stops this year.

Winners from the second annual contest held by the city were announced at the Light up the Park event at Pine Trails Park.

The award for most creative was given to the Pollicino Family and the award for most lights was given to the Baranski Family.
