Fans of Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Allman Brothers Band, or Creedence Clearwater Revival won’t want to miss the upcoming Coconut Creek Homegrown Concert.
The Coconut Creek Homegrown Concert Series hosts its latest live music and fun installment on Friday, April 7, at 7:00 p.m. at the Coconut Creek Community Center Band Shell at 1100 Lyons Road.
This rendition of the popular music series features the Southern rock band Southern Blood, a group that pays homage to the greats of southern rock. Southern Blood is known for its high-energy shows that get audiences dancing.
Southern Blood sets routinely cover a wide range of music from artists such as The Allman Brothers Band, Molly Hatchet, The Marshall Tucker Band, Blackfoot, .38 Special, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and more.
The group describes its performances as a throwback to the 70s and early 80s, with an unmistakable hard-driving groove, signature southern vocals, and dueling guitar force.
