Four Seasons of Parkland Holds Ribbon Cutting for New Clubhouse

The Four Seasons at Parkland has completed construction on their new clubhouse, and on Friday, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with city officials and community members attending.

The expansive new clubhouse will be the centerpiece of K Hovnanian Homes 55+ community featuring 538 homes and will include a world-class collection of amenities that includes a grand ballroom with raised stage, café, grand foyer, community room, fully-equipped fitness center, a yoga/Zumba/mat Pilates studio, billiards and poker room, multiple game rooms, an arts-and-crafts room, catering kitchen, a therapy room, and more.

The ribbon-cutting was attended by Tom Piscitelli, Southeast Florida Division President of K. Hovnanian Homes, Parkland Mayor Christine Hunschofsky and Commissioner Grace Solomon.

During the unveiling, on both Saturday, May 19 and Sunday, May 20, from noon to 4 p.m., all guests can enjoy refreshments, exciting entertainment, and a variety of lifestyle activities that will conjure up memories of a favorite vacation. Culinary experiences, arts-and-crafts, fitness classes, athletic events, theater sessions, music, and dancing are just some of the happenings that will take place throughout the weekend. Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour the 24,000 square-foot clubhouse, stroll through the community’s outdoor amenity areas, and spend some time at the tropical, resort-style swimming pool.

The two-day celebration is designed to showcase the Four Seasons at Parkland “lifestyle” to prospective purchasers, enabling them to experience a day in the life of a resident. All guests are welcome.

The clubhouse will complement the community’s numerous outdoor amenities that provide residents with hours of relaxation and recreation opportunities every day. Among them are a tropical, beach-entry pool; separate lap pool, heated spa and cabana, bocce courts, pickleball courts, a putting green, a half basketball court, and a championship tennis center with five Har-Tru® tennis courts, pro shop, and on-site tennis pro. The tennis center also includes a stadium court with spectator seating.

In addition to the numerous indoor and outdoor amenities, a full-time lifestyle director who will coordinate regular trips, social events, and activities for the community’s residents.

Homes available in the community feature 18 designs to choose from and 12 model homes to tour. All homes feature an open floor plan, a luxuriously-appointed owner’s suite, paved driveways, and a covered lanai. A variety of quick move-in homes are also available.

The homes utilize concrete block construction with impact glass windows, sliding glass doors, and professionally engineered trusses with galvanized steel hurricane fasteners.
