Clean Eatz Café celebrated its first month in operation with a ribbon cutting on June 3.

Held by the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce and commission members, owner Robert Dolce said, “This is the best city. I really love the people here, and this is where I wanted to open a restaurant.”

With a mission to transform health through better eating, Dolce has designed a delicious and nutritious menu. The Café offers a weekly menu on the website starting every Tuesday, where patrons can place an order and pick up their meal.

“We’re here to make healthy eating convenient. You can stop by anytime, pick up a complete meal, take it home, heat it, and eat,” said Dolce.

According to him, all the food is nutritious and low in carbohydrates. Diners can purchase pizzas with cauliflower crusts, wraps, seafood meals, burgers, and snacks. There is a wide variety of smoothies, including chocolate, berry, and orange.

With a rich background in restaurant management spanning over 25 years in Miami, Dolce’s journey has led him to his dream of owning a restaurant.

“This is my first time as a restaurant owner, and I couldn’t be more excited. This is my dream, and I’m thrilled to share it with you all,” he said.

Commissioner John Brodie is pleased with Clean Eatz. “This restaurant offers healthy food. People can come here and pick up dinner, and they don’t have to prepare a meal when they get home.”
