Next Parkland Farmers’ Market Features Public Safety and 90 Vendors

By Sharon Aron Baron

Parkland’s next Farmers’ Market is all about Public Safety.

With over 90 vendors, the Sunday, Jan. 23 market features the Broward Sheriff’s Office-Parkland District and the Coral-Springs Parkland Fire Department will have vehicles and equipment on display, demonstration tables, and a firehouse exhibit—all for safety education purposes.

Since 2006, the Parkland Farmers’ Market has been a popular event, offering organic and conventional fruits and vegetables, baked goods, specialty and gourmet foods, and specialty spices and sauces.

Upcoming markets include a pet expo in February, a community awareness/business expo in March and April, followed by an environmental expo and craft fair at the season finale on Apr. 24, 2022.
