Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates with residents, this is a summary of crimes and other Parkland incidents through Oct. 17, 2022.
Auto Theft
NW 58th Ct.
A person was the victim of Auto Theft on 10/11/2022. Unknown suspects stole a 2020 black Dodge Ram. Only one of the two key fobs for this vehicle could be found by the owner.
Domestic Disturbance
Emerson St.
On 10/11/2022, BSO responded about an incident involving a couple who have had extended marital problems. The incident in question was a result of allegations of infidelity. The interaction was verbal, and no signs of violence were observed in the home. In the interest of peace, one of the parties left home for a hotel without incident.
Drugs
Holmberg Rd.
Drugs/Narcotics Offenses were investigated on 10/15/2022. Routine patrol resulted in the deputy observing a Dodge Challenger. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Sean Reynolds for possession of felony narcotics, possession with intent to sell/distribute, and possession of a firearm while in the commission of a felony.

NW 98th Dr.
On 10/11/2022, a reporting person requested a report about an ex-client upset due to lost investments.
NW 77th St.
On 10/12/2022, UPS delivered an iPhone 14 in a box left by the victim’s door. The iPhone was missing from the box.
Theft
N. State Rd. 7
On 10/11/2022, the victim stated that she left her iPhone 13 in a building bathroom next to the sink. She went back later, realizing she had forgotten her phone. She returned to the bathroom, and it was gone.
Leon Cir. W.
A person was the victim of Theft From a Building on 10/13/2022. An unknown suspect entered an unsecured home under construction. Once inside, they removed 50 pieces of plywood without permission. Total valued at $2,553.
Arrests
Nelson, Katherine Elizabeth, 33, was arrested on charges of Trespassing-fail To Leave Property Upon Order By Owner on N State Road 7 on 10/11/2022.
Shewatjon, Michelle Dawn, 33, was arrested on charges of Possession Of Alprazolam (Xanax) on N State Road 7 on 10/13/2022.
Reynolds, Sean Anthony, 23, was arrested on charges of Poss W/int Sell Manufacture or Deliver Pvp (Flakka) on Holmberg Rd on 10/15/2022.
