Broward Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the killer or killers responsible for stabbing a 15-year-old boy to death in Coconut Creek.
Iury Daniel De Sena, a student at Lyons Creek Middle School in Coconut Creek, was stabbed repeatedly by an unidentified assailant at Winston Park and Nature Trail in Coconut Creek on April 20. He died from his injuries on Friday.
Police waged an intensive search of the woods at the nature center at 5201 Northwest 49th Ave. after the 4:16 p.m. stabbing but did not find a suspect.
Coconut Creek Police have asked the public for surveillance video from their properties that could potentially help them solve the case.
Police have not provided descriptions of any suspects.
