Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates to residents, this is a summary of crimes that occurred in Parkland through April 27.
Auto Theft
9700 block of Clemmons St – Parkland Golf & Country Club
On April 23, the victim reported that sometime between 04/23 and 04/24, an unknown person(s) stole his listed 2020 Audi Q5 from his home driveway. One key fob is missing and is believed to be in the stolen vehicle.
Attempted Car Conveyance
6100 block of NW 74th Ter. – Pine Tree Estates
On April 24, two unknown males drove up in a vehicle, exited, walked up to two parked vehicles on a driveway of a home, and pulled door handles. Both vehicles were locked, no entry was made, subjects left the area. Incident captured on video surveillance.
Found Property
11399 Trails End/Nob Hill Rd
On April 22, a red and gray colored “Janis Aragon” 8 speed, women’s style bicycle was found lying on Trails End, just east of the Nob Hill Road intersection. The bicycle was taken and entered into BSO property.

7500 block of NW 61st Terr – Mill Run
On April 22, an attempted a welfare check on a resident, no answer at the door.
Suspicious Vehicle
5800 Holmberg Rd
On April 24, deputies responded to the about a suspicious vehicle driving down Holmberg. The vehicle was driving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle failed to yield when a traffic stop was attempted.
Theft -All Other
9600 block of Clemmons St – Parkland Golf & Country Club
On April 24, the victim advised that he misplaced his wallet and then found out from the bank that his credit card was used to make two fraudulent charges online.
Theft Motor Vehicle Parts
NW 76th Dr, Parkland, FL – Terramar Park
Between April 24 and April 26, the City Of Parkland was the victim of theft. The reporter advised unknown subject(s) entered the maintenance area to the park between the listed dates and times and damaged maintenance vehicles by throwing dirt and paint onto one vehicle and a window to another vehicle. They also drove two other maintenance vehicles within the work area. The subject(s) then left the work area in possession of the keys belonging to the two maintenance vehicles without permission or authority of the owner.
Theft -Vending Machine
11300 Carrington Ave – Watercrest
On April 26, an unknown subject smashed the window on the vending machine located at the Watercrest Clubhouse. Unknown items were taken, and the incident was captured on video. Approximately $2,000 in damage.
