Parkland Farmers’ Market Features Craft Fair and More on December 5

By Sharon Aron Baron

The City of Parkland is holding its next Farmers’ Market Sunday, Dec. 5, with over 30 crafters and 80 regular vendors.

Since 2006, the Parkland Farmers’ Market has been a popular event, offering everything from organic and conventional fruits and vegetables, baked goods, specialty and gourmet foods, and specialty spices and sauces.

The specialty fairs include crafts in December, health, wellness, and public safety in January, and a pet expo in February. The market offers a community awareness/business expo in March and April, followed by an environmental expo and craft fair at the season finale on Apr. 24, 2022.

The Farmers’ Market on Dec. 5 and Dec. 19 includes the final craft fairs before Christmas.

The market is scheduled for 9 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on the first and third Sunday of every month through March and the second and fourth Sundays in April at the Parkland Equestrian Center, located at 8350 Ranch Rd.
