A woman has been arrested for armed robbery after allegedly holding up a Coconut Creek Dairy Queen at gunpoint, police said.

Allison Fetting, 44, of Palm Beach County, allegedly walked into the Dairy Queen in Winston Park Plaza at 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 20, showed an employee a gun, and demanded money, according to a post on the Coconut Creek Police Department Facebook page.

No one was hurt in the robbery at the shop at 5405 Lyons Rd., police said.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrested Fetting a day later and alleged she committed similar crimes in its jurisdiction, police said.

Fetting was being held at the Palm Beach County Main Detention Center Monday on multiple charges, including two counts of robbery with a firearm, one count of robbery with a weapon, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, records show.

Additional information about the alleged robberies was not immediately available.

Records show Fetting was also arrested in December 2021 on charges that included drug possession.
