The Coconut Creek Parks and Recreation Department has announced the return of its popular Co-Ed Adult Kickball League, which provides a blend of fun, competition, and fitness for participants aged 18 and older.
The league runs from September 25 through December 18 and will feature eight regular-season games, followed by playoffs and a championship game. The top four teams will advance to the single-elimination playoffs.
Kickball Games will be held at George S. Gerber Park, located at 4715 NW 30th Street, with match times scheduled at 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., or 8:30 p.m. Teams will have the opportunity to earn a team trophy and additional prizes for their championship victory.
Note that there will be no games on October 2 and November 27.
Each team is required to pay a fee of $350, which must be settled by credit card at the time of registration. Teams can consist of a maximum of 15 players, with at least three female players. A minimum of eight players, including three females, must be present in the lineup on game day to avoid a forfeit. Teams are responsible for providing their own jerseys, and color selection is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is open until the league is full, with a cap of six teams. Interested teams can sign up online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or visit the Community Center at 1100 Lyons Road or the Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard for in-person registration.
Those new to WebTrac should contact the Community Center at 954-545-6670 for account setup assistance.
