Coconut Creek residents are invited to start the new year with Creek Fit in the Park 2025, a seasonal fitness program designed to bring energizing outdoor exercise to the city’s parks.
The program, led by Creek Fit Fitness Specialists Renee Cohen and Moises Lima, offers a mix of engaging and challenging activities to promote health and wellness for participants aged 12 and older.
Classes will feature a variety of fitness formats, including boot camp, TRX, circuit cycling, and interval training, ensuring a dynamic and diverse workout experience suitable for all fitness levels.
Sessions will be held on the first Tuesday and third Friday of each month, starting Tuesday, January 7, and running through Friday, May 16. Classes are scheduled from 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The program takes place at the Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. In case of inclement weather, outdoor classes will be moved indoors at the same location.
Creek Fit in the Park is free but exclusively open to Creek Fit members and Coconut Creek residents. A participating parent or legal guardian must accompany participants aged 12 to 14.
Preregistration is required, and those interested can register by calling Creek Fit North at 954-545-6650. Online registration is not available.
