DUI Arrest:
A driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated near 5000 W Sample Road on April 22.
Theft from Vehicle:
Items valued at $635 were reported stolen from a vehicle on Carambola Circle South between April 21 and 22.
Retail Thefts:
A suspect was arrested for shoplifting at Publix on Coconut Creek Parkway on April 22.
A separate retail theft totaling $1,194 occurred at Kohl’s on State Road 7 between April 18 and 19.
Another retail theft was reported at Publix on State Road 7 on April 23, with $300 in merchandise stolen.

Property Damage:
A lease vehicle was damaged behind the police department on April 22. Another property damage report was filed at Sunshine Drive between March 13 and April 24.
Domestic Disturbances & Batteries:
Police responded to multiple domestic disturbances, including incidents on NW 61st Street, NW 47th Avenue, and inside local residential communities.
Several cases of simple battery were reported, including an arrest related to domestic violence at a yoga studio on April 23.
A mutual combat incident with resulting property damage was reported on April 24.
Baker Acts & Sick Person Calls:
Multiple individuals, including juveniles, met Baker Act criteria and were transported for evaluation. Incidents were reported at Wiles Road, Cocoplum Circle, and other residential areas.
Bomb Threat:
An elementary school received a bomb threat from a student on April 23. Police conducted a threat assessment.
Fraud & Identity Theft:
An identity theft case involving a loss of $460 was reported at a Chase Bank branch on State Road 7.
Burglary:
A burglary at a private residence resulted in $8,900 in losses. The incident occurred overnight between April 23 and 24.
Child Abuse & Neglect:
Two separate cases of child abuse and neglect were investigated. One was deemed unfounded; another involved CPIS intervention.
Traffic Incidents:
A tag was seized and multiple citations were issued on Lyons Road on April 24.
A female driver was arrested for driving with a suspended license on April 25.
Another traffic stop led to a DUI and fentanyl possession charge on April 25.
Narcotics:
Police seized marijuana in two separate incidents, with one involving more than 20 grams.
A suspect was arrested for possession of fentanyl following a traffic stop on Hillsboro Boulevard.
Criminal Mischief:
Personal property was vandalized at a residence on NW 52nd Avenue.
Another case of vandalism was reported at Sabal Pines Park.
Trespassing:
A subject was arrested for trespassing at a location on Sample Road on April 27.
Missing Juvenile:
A juvenile ran away from Monarch High School on April 25 but was later recovered and returned home.
