Vasthi Joseph, 26, was arrested on a felony charge of driving with a suspended license as a habitual offender on July 15.
Chris Evans Mitchel, 19, was arrested on a charge of possessing less than 20 grams of cannabis or synthetic cannabinoids on July 16.
Michael Lee Johnson, 55, was arrested on a charge of trespassing after failing to leave property when ordered on July 19.
