Thefts & Property Crimes
May 19: A man stole two bottles of liquor valued at approximately $89 from Winston Park Discount Liquor, 5407 Lyons Road.
May 21: A $200 weighted vest was reported stolen from LA Fitness, 5501 Lyons Road.
May 21: Two subjects shoplifted merchandise valued at approximately $440 from Publix, 6570 N. State Road 7.
May 23: Property damage was reported at Tradewinds Park, 3601 W. Sample Road.
May 23: Property damage was reported at the Promenade, 4413 Lyons Road.
May 25: An 85-year-old Wynmoor resident reported losing $4,300 after sending checks to unknown subjects in a fraud scheme.
Other Incidents
May 19: A vehicle crashed into a tree in the 200 block of South Lyons Road after a large rock reportedly became lodged on the gas pedal. The driver left the scene before officers arrived.
May 19: A traffic stop in the 2000 block of Lyons Road led to a warrant arrest.
May 20: A Lyons Creek Middle School employee reported a lost wallet.
May 22: A subject was arrested for loitering and prowling in the 3500 block of Lyons Road.
May 23: Officers arrested a driver for DUI on North State Road 7.
May 24: Officers located 7.6 grams of cocaine inside a Turo rental vehicle in the 4400 block of Northwest 8th Street.
May 25: A homeowner discovered a deceased person on a porch in the Tallawood neighborhood. The death was classified as suspicious/unknown pending investigation.
May 25: A traffic stop in the 3800 block of Coconut Creek Parkway resulted in the arrest of a driver on felony narcotics charges and for driving without a valid license.

Lenin Alejandro Garcia, 28, was arrested on a charge of driving while license suspended, first offense, on May 19.
Rasheed Abdur Muwwakkil, 44, was arrested on a charge of third-degree felony petit theft as a subsequent offense on May 19.
Zachary Cesar Sjogreen, 28, was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on May 19.
Richard Karl Horn, 51, was arrested on a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon on May 20.
Tristan Malachi Azor, 20, was arrested on charges of possession of cannabis under 20 grams and possession of synthetic cannabis under 3 grams on May 20.
Angel Geovany Navas, 23, was arrested on a charge of resisting an officer without violence on May 22.
Byron Omar Quintanalopez, 32, was arrested on a charge of DUI on May 23.
Dajhan Jaeden Jones, 24, was arrested on two separate charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or EMT stemming from incidents on May 23 and May 24.
Jadia Nicole Smith, 21, was arrested on a charge of DUI on May 24.
Jelani Denord, 47, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery on May 24.
Ryan Jermaine Pope, 38, was arrested on charges of possession of cannabis under 20 grams and possession of synthetic cannabis under 3 grams on May 25.
Jania Lashawn Holley, 22, was arrested on a charge of battery on May 25.
Isabela Nieves, 25, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of Percocet on May 25.
