Theft – Bicycle: A victim reported an e-bike stolen from Walmart, 5571 W Hillsboro Blvd., with an estimated loss of $1,700.
Retail Theft / Shoplifting: Multiple shoplifting incidents were reported at Walmart, Walgreens, and Burlington locations throughout the city, with losses ranging from $74 to $649. Items stolen included baby formula, hygiene products, and general retail merchandise.
Fraud – Other: A victim reported a fraudulent transaction at Dunkin’ Donuts totaling $16,900.
Fraud – Zelle Scam: A Wynmoor resident was defrauded out of $2,000 via Zelle.
Fraud – Credit Card: A victim reported unauthorized transactions tied to a PNC Bank account.
Theft – Packages: Amazon and FedEx packages were reported stolen from an Applewood Village III residence, totaling $815.
Disturbance – Juvenile: A third-grade student at Coconut Creek K-8 Academy brought a prohibited item to school.
Domestic Disturbances: Several verbal and physical domestic incidents were reported across locations, including Carambola Circle, NW 40th Avenue, and Mimosa Place.
Battery – Simple: Multiple battery incidents were reported, including fights between roommates and domestic-related altercations.
Aggravated Battery: A fight in a parking lot at Banks Road resulted in an aggravated battery report.
Aggravated Assault: A victim reported an unknown suspect with a firearm at a Wingstop on Lyons Road.
