Burglary
A victim of Burglary – Residence at Lyons Gate on NW 44 Lane on 12/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,130.
A victim of Burglary Conveyance on Lyons Road on 12/12/2023. The total estimated loss was $882.
Robbery
A victim of Robbery – By Sudden Snatch on N State Road 7 on 12/14/2023.
Battery
A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike at Tallowood Mobile Home Park on NW 67 Street on 12/13/2023.
Elderly Abuse
A victim of Elderly Abuse/Neglect on 12/13/2023.
Theft
Home Depot was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on N State Road 7 on 12/14/2023. The total estimated loss was $2,189.
Ryan Inc Southern was the victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle at Tradewinds Park on W Sample Road on 12/15/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,199. A Honda generator was stolen from the bed of a work truck.
Enterprise Holdings was the victim of theft at Auto Parts/Accessories at Cypress Shores on Lyons Road on 12/17/2023. The total estimated loss was $600.
Home Depot was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on N State Road 7 on 12/15/2023. The total estimated loss was $249.
A victim of Theft – Auto Parts/Accessories on W Atlantic Blvd on 12/14/2023. The total estimated loss was $200.
A victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto at Centura Parc on NW 36 Avenue on 12/17/2023. The total estimated loss was $274. A black Mercedes C300 was stolen from the Club House.
Walgreens was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on Coconut Creek Parkway on 12/16/2023. The total estimated loss was $115.
A victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto at Baywood Village III on Carambola Cir S on 12/17/2023.
A victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto on W Hillsboro Blvd on 12/17/2023. A blue 2022 Honda Accord was stolen.
Property Found
Property Found at Regency Lakes on Eagle Cay Circle on 12/14/2023, after 20 pounds of Marijuana was attempted to be delivered through FedEx.
Property Found at Winston Park on NW 51 Court on 12/14/2023. A large amount of Marijuana was attempted to be delivered through FedEx.
Arrests
Mcburrows, Jackie, Shanod, 35, was arrested on a Burglary Unoccupied Conveyance Unarmed charge at 4449 Lyons Road on 12/12/2023.
Killen, Timothy, Todd, 54, was arrested on a Touch Or Strike/Battery charge at 700 Lyons Road on 12/12/2023.
Valdesnavarro, Alexander, 50, was arrested on a charge of Dui 1 Offense at 3000 Lyons Road on 12/12/2023.
Castaldo, Jesse, Michael, 32, was arrested on a charge of Touch Or Strike/Battery/Dating Violence at 5223 NW 54 Avenue on 12/17/2023.
Bradley, Tevin, Devon, 29, was arrested on a charge of Petit Theft 1st Degree Property $100 To <$750 at 4600 Coconut Creek Parkway on 12/16/2023.
