Theft
Infiniti Of Coconut Creek was a victim of Theft – Auto Parts / Accessories on W Sample Road was reported on 04/30/2024. The total estimated loss was $2,400. 4 wheels/tires were stolen from an Infiniti Q50s.
A victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle at Riviera Palms on Lyons Road was reported on 04/30/2024. The total estimated loss was $806.
A victim of Theft – All Other was reported at Walgreens on 05/03/2024. The total estimated loss was $540. An HSA card was lost and subsequently used for fraudulent transactions.
A victim of Theft – Bicycle at South Recreation Center 1100 Lyons Road was reported on 04/30/2024. The total estimated loss was $200.
A victim of Theft – Auto Parts/Accessories on NW 30 Street was reported on 04/30/2024. An old, lost tag that expired in 2017 resurfaced and is causing toll fees to be sent to the original owner.
Disturbance
A victim of Disturbance – Juvenile at Lyons Creek Middle on Sol Press Blvd was reported on 04/30/2024. Three 6th-grade students ran away from a 7th-grade student with scissors.
Stalking
A victim of Simple Stalking at Secret Pond on NW 48 Lane was reported on 05/01/2024.
Burglary
Elliot At Cocoplum was a victim of Burglary – Business at Elliot at Cocoplum on Cocoplum Circle was reported on 05/01/2024. The total estimated loss was $1,496. 5 containers of freon were taken from the storage area.
Battery
A victim of Sexual Battery on a Protected Victim at Banyan Bay was reported on 05/03/2024.
A victim of Battery—Simple Touch/Strike at Banyan Trails on Long Key Lane—was reported on 05/04/2024.
A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike on Hillsboro Blvd was reported on 05/05/2024. A physical dispute at Walmart between two customers was reported.
Burglary
A victim of Burglary – Residence at Olivine on Coral Tree Circle was reported on 05/03/2024. The total estimated loss was $2,000.
Al Hendrickson Toyota was a victim of Burglary – Business on W Sample Road was reported on 05/03/2024. The total estimated loss was $300.
Fraud
A victim of Fraud – Use Of Credit Card/ATM card on NW 41 Way was reported on 05/05/2024. The total estimated loss was $3,983. The girlfriend used a credit card without authorization.
Arrests
Myers, Derrick Anthony, 66, was arrested on a charge of Burglary Unoccupied Structure Unarmed at 5401 W Sample Road on 05/04/2024.
Fisher, Paul Anthony, 67, was arrested on 05/04/2024 at 5401 W Sample Road on a charge of Burglary—Unoccupied Structure—Unarmed.
Lewisfisher, Paulette Eloise, 60, was arrested on 05/04/2024 at 5401 W Sample Road on a charge of Burglary—Unoccupied Structure—Unarmed.
Wilson, David Lee, 19, was arrested on a charge of Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic Violence at 4830 Mariners Way on 05/04/2024.
Benjamine, Tony Rivers, 49, was arrested on a charge of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 1 Offense at 4700 W Sample Road on 05/04/2024.
Reislavini, Alex Sandro, 44, was arrested on a charge of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 1 Offense at 4599 W Sample Road/Lyons Road on 05/05/2024.
Restreporobles, Kiara Thalia, 31, was arrested on 05/05/2024 at 4600 W Copans Road on a charge of battery on an officer, firefighter, emt, etc.
