Burglary
A victim of Burglary Conveyance at Banyan Bay on W Atlantic Blvd was reported on 03/06/2024. The total estimated loss was $60.
A victim of Burglary – Residence at South Creek on NW 42 Terrace was reported on 03/05/2024. The total estimated loss was $20.
Theft
A victim of Theft – All Other at Banyan Bay on W Copans Road was reported on 03/05/2024. The total estimated loss was $5,470. Fraud and theft of a cell phone were reported.
Coconut Creek Utilities was the victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle at Sabal Pines Park on NW 39 Avenue, reported on 03/07/2024. The total estimated loss was $1,500. A generator was taken from a vehicle.
Walmart was the victim of Theft—retail/Shoplifting on W Hillsboro Blvd, which was reported on 03/09/2024. The total estimated loss was $431.
A victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle at Evergreen Apartments on Wiles Road was reported on 03/09/2024. The total estimated loss was $369. Theft From an unlocked motor vehicle was reported.
A victim of Theft – Auto Parts/Accessories at Cypress Shores on Lyons Road was reported on 03/06/2024. The total estimated loss was $100.
A victim of theft From a Motor Vehicle at Banyan Bay Apartments on W Atlantic Blvd was reported on 03/05/2024.
A victim of Vehicle Theft – Truck at the Hampton Inn on N State Road 7 was reported on 03/06/2024. A Ford F450 was stolen.
Elderly Abuse/Neglect
A victim of Elderly Abuse/Neglect at Baywood 1 was reported on 03/06/2024.
Criminal Mischief
Vista Verde was the victim of Criminal Mischief—other on W Atlantic Blvd, which was reported on 03/09/2024. Vista Verde mailbox doors were pried open at four buildings, with unknown losses.
Arrests
Diazperez, Wilson Ariel, 37, was arrested on a Burglary Occupied Dwelling Unarmed charge at 940 NW 42 Terrace on 03/05/2024.
Johnson, Samantha Slone, 59, was arrested on a Grand Theft In 1 Degree charge at 4368 Acacia Circle on 03/06/2024.
Huntley, James Levon, 57, was arrested on 03/06/2024 at 4849 Coconut Creek Parkway on a charge of petit theft 2 degree 1 offense.
Campbell, Shannel Denis, 37, was arrested on 03/08/2024 at 4599 Cougar Trail/Lyons Road on a charge of Driving While License Suspended Third Or Subsequent.
Neal Reginal Gerome, 53, was arrested on 03/08/2024 at 5571 Hillsboro Blvd on a charge of petit theft 2 degree 2 offense.
Neely, Capice Kopell, 30, was arrested on a charge of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 1 Offense at 3200 Lyons Road on 03/08/2024.
