Property Damage
Jan. 28: Damage reported at Westlake gate, 4800 W Copans Rd.
Jan. 28: Mailbox damaged at Regency Lakes, 6537 Sandpiper Dr.
Jan. 28: Graffiti vandalism at bus stop, 7000 N State Road 7.
Jan. 28: Property damage at 4900 W Copans Rd.
Jan. 30: Broken ID badge reported at 4800 W Copans Rd.
Feb. 2: Property damage reported at 2500 NW 49th Ter.
Retail Theft
Jan. 28: Two men attempted to steal $1,443 in merchandise from Home Depot, 4450 N State Road 7. Some items were recovered.
Jan. 28: A man stole $4 worth of merchandise from Walgreens, 4351 W Sample Rd. A trespass warning was issued.
Jan. 30: A suspect stole $199 in merchandise from Home Depot, 4450 N State Road 7.
Jan. 30: A woman attempted theft at Walmart, 5571 W Hillsboro Blvd. Trespassed.
Jan. 31: Theft reported at Walmart, 5571 W Hillsboro Blvd. Estimated loss: $164.
Feb. 1: Kohl’s reported a retail theft totaling $350.
Feb. 2: A 57-year-old man was arrested for felony retail theft at Walmart, 5571 W Hillsboro Blvd. Estimated loss: $283.
Vehicle Theft
Jan. 29: A vehicle was stolen from Coconut Palm Club.
Jan. 29: A golf cart was stolen from Olivine at The Township, 3612 Coral Tree Cir. Estimated loss: $6,000.
Feb. 1: A vehicle was stolen from Casa Palma Apartments.
Aggravated Assault
Jan. 28: A victim reported an assault at 4550 Coconut Creek Pkwy. Estimated loss: $1,000. No arrest made.
Battery & Domestic Incidents
Jan. 29: A woman was arrested for domestic battery at Baywood Village II.
Jan. 29: A woman was arrested for domestic battery at Elliott.
Jan. 31: A verbal domestic disturbance was reported at 5159 Lyons Rd.
Suspicious Incidents
Jan. 28: Two juveniles crashed an electric cart and fled at Coquina Fountain.
Jan. 29: A note was left on a resident’s vehicle at Wynmoor Tennis Complex.
Jan. 29: A man made inappropriate comments to a minor at Promenade.
Jan. 30: A suicidal threat was reported at Banyan Bay Apartments.
Feb. 2: A bystander fell due to loose dogs at South Creek. Animal Control was notified.
Fraud & Financial Crimes
Jan. 31: A resident at Regency Lakes reported $800 stolen from their EBT account in New York.
Jan. 31: Fraud reported at Butters Realty & Management, 6820 Lyons Technology Cir. Estimated loss: $1,553.
Traffic & DUI Arrests
Jan. 30: A traffic stop at 4500 Coconut Creek Pkwy led to a tag seizure.
Jan. 31: A driver was arrested for felony driving with a suspended license at 5000 Lyons Rd.
Feb. 2: An 18-year-old male was arrested for DUI at 4700 Coconut Creek Pkwy.
Feb. 2: A traffic stop at 1700 Lyons Rd resulted in a found gun. Vehicle towed.

Jan. 29: An employee stole $21,400 from Al Hendrickson Toyota, 5201 W Sample Rd.
Jan. 29: A threat assessment was conducted at Winston Park Elementary.

Jan. 31: An unidentified suspect with outstanding warrants from Broward and Collier counties was taken into custody.
