Sir P. N. Fearon {BSO}
A Coconut Creek man was arrested after police say he raped and violently attacked his wife during an argument that stemmed from allegations of infidelity and the existence of a child outside their marriage.
According to a Coconut Creek Police Department arrest report, Sir P. N. Fearon, 30, was taken into custody on January 29 at the couple’s home in the 4400 block of Northwest 65th Street after a Crime Stoppers tip was received reporting sounds of a violent domestic altercation.
Investigators noted that 911 was not called at the time because the victim’s cellphone was allegedly taken during the incident.
Investigators say the incident occurred during the early morning hours and began as a verbal argument after Fearon’s wife confronted him about alleged infidelity and a one-year-old child he reportedly has with another woman.
The victim told investigators that during the argument, Fearon groped her, turned her around, pulled her pants and underwear down, and proceeded to rape her. She also says that while being raped, Fearon struck her in the face and choked her, causing visible injuries, including facial bruising and a busted lip.
Officers documented and photographed the injuries.
Fearon was transported to the Broward County Main Jail and is currently being held without bond.
