Coconut Creek High School is preparing to welcome students back from summer break with various Back to School events.
Coconut Creek High School, located at 1400 Northwest 44th Avenue, has announced a series of upcoming events aimed at welcoming both incoming new students and current students transitioning into new grades and programs.
Below are the highlights of the upcoming Coconut Creek Back to School events
Freshman Cougar Kick-Off: Friday, August 11, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
To kick off the school year with a bang, Coconut Creek High School has planned a Freshman Cougar Kick-Off on August 11 for all Class of 2027 students.
The Freshman Cougar Kick-Off is a 9th-grade orientation offering a range of exciting activities for incoming freshmen, including a tour of the campus tour and introductions to various clubs.
Kona Ice will be on hand, offering $5 freshments to help beat the summer heat.
For registration, interested attendees can visit the school’s official website and simply scan the provided QR code on the webpage.
CTA Magnet Orientation: Thursday, August 17, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Students who have registered for the Magnet program at Coconut Creek High School can attend CTA Magnet Orientation.
This orientation will provide valuable information about the Magnet program’s curriculum, benefits, and unique learning opportunities.
CTA Magnet Open House: Thursday, December 7, 6:00 p.m.
CTA Magnet will hold an Open House event before the Winter Break where all students and parents interested in learning more about the Magnet Program in anticipation of the 2024-2025 school year.
Prospective students and their parents will have the chance to interact with current Magnet program participants, faculty, and administration.
