The City of Coconut Creek is gearing up to celebrate Earth Day in style with its latest event, “Earth Day Fun and Play.”
Participants at the event will be able to engage in various crafts, games, and activities that promote Earth Day and caring for the planet. The event promises to be a fun-filled afternoon with plenty of outdoor play and exciting learning opportunities for kids.
Designed for children ages 5 and 11, “Earth Day Fun and Play” takes place on Saturday, April 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Community Center at 1100 Lyons Road.
The event is open to both residents and non-residents of Coconut Creek, with admission prices set at $15 for residents and $25 for non-residents. Only credit card payments will be accepted, and no cash or checks will be allowed.
To participate in “Earth Day Fun and Play,” interested parties must register online at www.CoconutCreek.net/Webtrac or by walk-in at the Community Center or the Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. Registration is ongoing until April 15 or until full, so be sure to secure your spot early.
