Get ready for a dino-mite adventure! The City of Coconut Creek invites children ages 6 to 11 to its upcoming Jurassic Eggstravaganza Dinosaur Egg Hunt, a fun-filled event where participants will search for replica dinosaur eggs loaded with prizes.
The prehistoric-themed hunt takes place on Saturday, April 19, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Coconut Creek Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. Activities will take place both inside and outside the facility.
In addition to the egg hunt, kids will enjoy hands-on crafts, a designated photo opportunity area, and active playtime in the gymnasium.
The event is limited to 15 participants, so early registration is encouraged. The cost is $25 for Coconut Creek residents and $35 for non-residents, and credit card payment is only accepted.
Registration is open now through April 16 or until full. Sign up online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or in person at either the Recreation Complex or the Community Center at 1100 Lyons Road. A WebTrac account is required for online registration.
For help creating a WebTrac account or for more information, call the Recreation Complex at 954-956-1580 or visit CoconutCreek.net/Recreation.
