
{City of Coconut Creek}
The City of Coconut Creek offers a new opportunity for young athletes to enhance their volleyball skills with the upcoming Volleyball Strength and Conditioning program.
Designed for participants aged 8 to 13, this program focuses on developing key volleyball skills such as passing, setting, hitting, serving, and blocking. Participants will also work on conditioning and agility, helping them improve their strength and overall performance on the court.
The program runs Saturday, January 4, through February 1, with two sessions available. Session 1 is for ages 8 to 10 and will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., while Session 2 is for ages 11 to 13 and will run from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. The cost is $30 per session for Coconut Creek residents and $40 for non-residents. Payment is required by credit card only.
The program is held at the Community Center, located at 1100 Lyons Road, and space is limited to 14 participants per session.
