The City of Coconut Creek is offering a Sand Volleyball Clinic for youth ages 9 to 12 to develop their fundamental volleyball skills. The program will focus on passing, setting, hitting, serving, and blocking, in addition to conditioning and agility training.
Classes will be held on Wednesdays from September 3 through October 15, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at the Winston Park Nature Center, located at 5201 NW 49th Avenue. There will be no class on October 1.
The cost is $30 for Coconut Creek residents and $40 for non-residents. Payment must be made by credit card.
Registration is open until the event is full and is limited to 12 participants. Interested individuals may register online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or in person at the Community Center, located at 1100 Lyons Road, or the Recreation Complex, located at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard.
