Police Assist – Other Agency: Officers assisted another agency at Applewood Village II between Aug. 8–11. A $30,000 item was sent to an address.
Elderly Abuse/Neglect: Allegations investigated at Sonata (Aug. 6–10). Determined unfounded.
Robbery – Strongarm: On Aug. 12, Guillermo Cepeda, 69, was battered and had an Arizona Iced Tea stolen at Marathon Gas Station on Coconut Creek Pkwy. No prosecution pursued.
Property Damage: Aug. 12 at 4800 W. Copans Rd.
Retail Theft: Publix, 6570 N. State Road 7, reported $2,200 in stolen cosmetics (delayed report, Aug. 12).
Lost/Stolen Property: Tag reported missing from Hillsboro Marketplace on Aug. 12.
Battery – Domestic: Golden Raintree II, Aug. 12. Restricted victim.
Resist/Obstruct With Violence: Aug. 12 at 4000 W. Copans Rd. A man resisted arrest while in possession of narcotics; transported to BSO Main Jail.
Domestic Battery: Aug. 13, Marathon Gas Station. Victim Melissa McIntyre, 31. Related to CCPD #2025-12691.
Domestic Battery & VOP: Aug. 13 at Cypress Lakes. Suspect arrested for domestic battery, violation of probation, and felony capias.
Lost/Stolen Property: Broward Virtual School reported two lost keys at Coconut Creek High (incident from July 31, reported Aug. 13).
Child Abuse Investigation: Aug. 8. Turned over to DCF.
Retail Theft: Aug. 13, Publix at 5365 Lyons Rd. $404 in items stolen.
Traffic Stop: Aug. 13, 5400 W. Sample Rd. One FL tag seized.
Elderly Neglect: Aug. 13 at Wynmoor. Allegations investigated.
Baker Act: Aug. 13 at Sorbet. Male taken into custody.
Property Damage: Aug. 14 at 5400 W. Sample Rd.
Theft – Cigarettes: CLMHP (Aug. 13–14). $10 loss.
Domestic Disturbance: Aug. 14 at 5465 Wiles Rd. Verbal dispute between mother and 15-year-old son.
Theft – Lunch Box: Broward College Library, Aug. 13–14. Loss $10.
Juvenile Disturbance: Aug. 14 at Lyons Creek Middle. Rumor of knife possession, unsubstantiated.
Theft – Firearm from Vehicle: Aug. 14, Regency Lakes. $200 loss.
Retail Theft: Walmart, 5571 W. Hillsboro Blvd., Aug. 14. $77 loss.
Theft – Miscellaneous: Wiles Rd., Aug. 13–14. $100 loss.
Domestic Disturbance: Aug. 14 at Centura Parc. Verbal dispute between aunt and nephew.
Narcotics Arrest: Aug. 14, 600 Lyons Rd. Cannabis over 20 grams found during a traffic stop.
Aggravated Assault: Aug. 14, bus stop near Regency Lakes Blvd/N. State Rd 7.
Retail Theft: Walgreens, 4600 Coconut Creek Pkwy, Aug. 15. $87 loss. The suspect was stopped on the bus and released with the NTA.
Battery – Domestic: Aug. 15 at Club Caribe. Victim Monica Giraldorestrepo, 56.
Weapons Violation: Aug. 15, Broward College. 30-year-old male arrested for possession of a knife on school property.
Retail Theft: Walmart, Aug. 15. Two males concealed items, fled; one caught, one later identified. $770 loss.
Baker Act: Aug. 15 at Centura Parc.
Battery – Domestic: Aug. 15 at Centura Parc. Victim Edgarchadrick Samaniego, 34.
Theft – Firearm from Vehicle: Aug. 14 at Coco Bay. $938 loss.
Domestic Dispute: Aug. 15 at Banyan Bay Apartments. Victim Damian Morales, 20.
DUI Crash: Aug. 16, 4701 W. Sample Rd. Two-vehicle collision.
Auto Theft: Overnight Aug. 15–16, Infiniti Q50 stolen from Solaire. $15 loss reported.
Baker Act: Aug. 16 near Atlantic & Lyons. Female taken into custody.
Agency Assists: Multiple police assists between Aug. 16–17, including Coral Springs PD suspect ID and FHP assist at Coconut Creek Plaza.
Sick Person: Aug. 16 at Coquina.
DUI Crash: Aug. 16 at 7000 Lyons Rd. Arrest made.
Theft – Scooter: Aug. 16 at Publix. $400 black electric scooter stolen near the main entrance.
Domestic Battery: Aug. 17, Coco Palms. Victim Paul Head, 59.
Baker Act: Aug. 17 at Coco Palms, 14-year-old male.
Domestic Disturbance: Aug. 17 at Karanda Village. Verbal only.
Domestic Battery: Aug. 17 at Tradewinds Apartments. Victim Giovanna Taveras, 37. Male, 40, arrested.
Theft – Bus Stop: Aug. 17, 6400 N. State Road 7. $600 loss.
Death – Natural Causes: Aug. 17 at Cypress Shores.
Background Investigation: Aug. 18 at 4800 W. Copans Rd.

Aug. 15: Danny Phillip Walker, 30, arrested for burglary of a conveyance.
Aug. 15: Johnathan Daniel Bautista, 30, arrested for possession of a weapon on school property (Broward College).
Aug. 15: Tyrone Alexzander Blount, 20, arrested for petit theft ($100–$750) at Walmart.
Aug. 15: Daniel Ramon Marin, 18, arrested for battery/dating violence at 4503 W. Atlantic Blvd.
Aug. 16: Elvence C. Saintaulien, 32, arrested for DUI (2nd offense) following crash at 4701 W. Sample Rd.
Aug. 16: Marcia Cristiane Desouzapinto, 44, arrested for DUI (1st offense) at 7000 Lyons Rd.
Aug. 17: Adam Cynclair McDaniel, 40, arrested for domestic battery at Tradewinds Apartments
