Coconut Creek has announced a special St. Patrick’s Day event designed specifically for the city’s youngest residents.
On Friday, March 15, children aged 2 to 4 are invited to participate in a unique Toddler St. Paddy’s Day Hunt from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Participants and their parents will embark on a quest for a hidden leprechaun, using clues and hints to guide them on their journey. The search will be followed by various playtime activities, allowing children to engage in creative and physical play.
Organizers require at least one parent to be present with each child throughout the event to ensure safety and enjoyment.
In the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, children are encouraged to wear green to add to the festive atmosphere of the hunt.
The Toddler St. Paddy’s Day Hunt is set to take place at the Recreation Complex located at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. Participation costs $15 for Coconut Creek residents and $20 for non-residents.
Space for this event is limited to 15 participants, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Registration is ongoing until the event is full, so interested families are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible.
Registration can be completed online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walk-in at the Recreation Complex or the Community Center at 1100 Lyons Road. Those registering online must have a WebTrac account, and assistance with setting up an account can be obtained by contacting the Recreation Complex at 954-956-1580.
