In a tribute to the nation’s heroes, the City of Coconut Creek is hosting its Annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Monday, November 11.
The City’s Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to attend the ceremony at 11:00 a.m. at Veterans Park, 3550 Lyons Road.
Dignitaries and guest speakers are slated to pay homage to the veterans, sharing stories of heroism and the importance of remembering our nation’s history.
The Coconut Creek Police Department Honor Guard will present the colors, while the Monarch High Jr. R.O.T.C. will also play a significant role in the proceedings.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard.
