Coconut Creek is set to offer a Volleyball Strength and Conditioning program aimed at improving fundamental volleyball skills and overall athletic performance. Participants will work on passing, setting, hitting, serving, and blocking, alongside conditioning and agility training.
The program is open to youth aged 12 to 17, based on their age as of August 31, 2025, and held on Fridays from August 23 through September 27 at the Community Center located at 1100 Lyons Road.
There are two sessions available: one for ages 12 to 14 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and another for ages 15 to 17 from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. The cost is $40 per session for Coconut Creek residents and $50 for non-residents, with payment accepted via credit card only.
Registration is currently ongoing until all spots are filled, with a maximum of 12 participants per session. Interested individuals can register online at CoconutCreek.net/Webtrac or in person at the Community Center or the Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard.
