On Wednesday night, community members and leaders gathered at the new Jewish Federation office now located in Heron Bay.
“The Jewish Federation of Broward, located in Davie, has had many strong lay leaders emerge from the Coral Springs and Parkland area,” said community coordinator Allison O’Mara. “We decided it was finally time to expand and engage more of the community in North Broward.”
Located at 11555 Heron Bay Blvd, O’Mara said there will be future programs, speakers and volunteer opportunities in the area. Their next event is on Wednesday May 30, at Craft It. To sign up for the glass fusion class, learn about the Kosher Food Pantry and how you can help, sign up at the Jewish Federation.
