Heading into the Broward County Athletic Association Championship on October 12, the Marjory Stoneman Douglas bowling team had already competed in 30 matches.
They had a 15-15 record on the boy’s team and were led by Masen Purcell, who had knocked down a team-high of 3,855 pins with a high score of 202. Ryan Terpstra and Vincent Ciullo were within 19 of each other and combined for 6,777 pins.
Qiyi Chen had a high series of 295 this year, while Kristina Lee and Manahil Kashif bowled in 25 rounds combined. Taylor Wilson only had one round but scored a 146.
The Eagles have one more regular-season matchup on Thursday, October 21, before preparing for Districts on Monday, October 25.
