The City of Parkland opens its summer camp — but with limited space. Parents can choose either the city’s camp or one of the specialty programs at the P-REC, like basketball, sports, or dance camps.
City of Parkland Summer Camp
Parkland Summer Camp at the amphitheater beginning on June 14 is for children in K-5. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and limited space is available. Campers will take two field trips each week. Prices start at $275 for residents and $330 for non-residents, with discounts for longer sessions. Registration opens March 1 for residents or May 17 for non-residents. 2021 Athletic Republic Sports Camp
Basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, speed, and agility training for children ages 6 – 14 are part of Athletic Republic Sports Camp. Held weekdays, beginning June 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Prices start at $275 for residents. Call 954-757-1405 or visit the City of Parkland Summer Camp.
5678 Dance Camp
5678 Dance includes jazz, ballet, tap, hip-hop, cheer, acrobatics, lyrical and musical theater are taught to children ages 5 to 13 beginning June 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with weekly sessions available. Prices start at $275 for residents and $330 for non-residents, with discounts for longer sessions. Additional summer activities include yoga, arts and crafts, and other summer fun. Kingdom Training Summer Basketball Camp
Kingdom Training Basketball Camp is a co-ed basketball camp coached by high school championship coaches and former and current pros beginning June 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Weekly camps are $275 for residents, and $330 for non-residents, with discounts for multiple weeks. Reign Volleyball Summer Camp
Reign Volleyball Summer Camp is a mini volleyball camp for children ages 7 to 12 and 13 to 17 offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., beginning June 14. Prices start at $80 for residents, $100 for non-residents, with discounts for multiple weeks. Call 954-512-7983.
Soccer Academy Training Summer Camp
Soccer Academy Training is a co-ed summer soccer camp for children ages 6 to 14 offered weekly at Pine Trails Park, starting on June 14, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Skills include offensive and defensive drills and soccer technique development.
