North Broward Prep Tennis is back on the courts, with the boys’ and girls’ teams already combining for nine wins this season.
The boys have won five matches this victories over Miami Country Day, Oxbridge Academy, Benjamin, St. John Paul II Academy, and Weinbaum Yeshiva. Jacob Hartman and Grant Martin lead the team with four wins, while Jacob Stein is 3-1. Keanthon Khanna and Arbow Kohil have combined to win three matches.
In doubles, Hartman and Martin are 4-1 this year. Felipe Ferreira and Stein are 2-1, and Julius Binder and Alexander Lessen are 1-0.
The girls have four wins with victories over Davis Posnack Jewish Day, Saint Andrew’s, St. John Paul II Academy, and Weinbaum Yeshiva. Morgan Honig leads the team with seven wins in singles, while Samantha Mirer has six. Morgan Silber, Sasha Stein, and Nicole Kahn have combined to win five matches.
In doubles, Kahn and Stein are 4-0, as NBP has won ten total matches. Next, both teams are set to play Mater Lakes Academy on Wednesday, March 22, at 2:45 p.m.
