Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates to residents, this is a summary of crimes that occurred in Parkland through June 22.
Auto Theft and Burglary Conveyance
6900 block of NW 61st Ave – Country Place
On June 17, BSO responded to a delayed auto theft of a pickup truck. The truck was reported to have been locked, payments were current, and the owner had both sets of keys. The truck was entered as stolen after a check with BSO Teletype check. At this time, there is no suspect(s).
10100 block of Cameilla St – Parkland Golf & Country Club
On June 18, the victim advised that her 2019 Lexus RX350 was stolen from her driveway (recovered in Lauderhill). Her husband’s unlocked Mercedes was also entered into, and sunglasses along with a business card holder, were stolen.

On June 18, Owner advised that his unlocked Chevy Tahoe was entered into and rummaged through, nothing stolen.
10300 block of Emerson St – Parkland Golf & Country Club
On June 18, an auto theft report taken for two vehicles. There was no forced entry, and the keys were left in the vehicle.
7300 block of NW 111th Way – Parkland Reserve
On June 18, deputies responded to the listed address about a delayed burglary conveyance. The victim’s wife advised she saw the driver’s side ajar at 9:00 am that morning. Nothing of value was taken.
Recovered Auto
10899 Hillsboro Blvd/nob Hill Rd,
On June 18, an unoccupied vehicle was left on the side of the road. The vehicle was originally reported stolen from Lauderhill. It was taken out of the system and towed.
Violation of Court Order
6300 block of NW 74th Ter
On June 20, a woman received a phone call from her ex-husband, inquiring about where the children were that day which violated the active no-contact order.
Information
8600 block of Watercrest Cir E – Watercrest
On June 21, a caller reported her cellphone was hacked a month ago. No financial loss, caller changed the cellphone provider.
6100 block of NW 61st Ave
On June 21, a verbal disturbance between a couple over the visitation rights of their child. The couple was referred to family court.
