
Yard Sale {City of Coconut Creek}
Bargain hunters and community treasure seekers are invited to the City of Coconut Creek’s Spring Yard Sale from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the Butterfly Lot, 5280 NW 40th Street, just east of the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek.
The free event brings residents of all ages to browse a wide variety of secondhand goods, clothing, books, household items, toys, and more.
Individuals interested in selling their items must register in advance. Vendors must be at least 18 years old and register by Friday, March 20. The vendor fee is $20 for Coconut Creek residents and $30 for non-residents.
Proof of Coconut Creek residency, such as a state-issued ID and a recent utility or voter registration card, is required to qualify for the resident rate.
Registration is available online through the city’s WebTrac portal at CoconutCreek.gov/Webtrac for those with existing accounts.
Vendors also may register in person at the Coconut Creek Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road, or the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. Those needing help setting up a WebTrac account can call the Community Center at 954-545-6670.
