The City of Coconut Creek has announced its 2026 Peewee Sports Programs, offering children ages 3 to 5 an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of various sports in a fun, supportive environment.
Each session includes a shirt, medal, and sport-specific item. Parent participation is mandatory, with one parent required to attend each class. Both parents and children must wear sneakers.
Programs will take place at Sabal Pines Park, 5005 NW 39th Ave., and the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Blvd., with multiple sessions offered throughout the year.

- Session 1: Wednesdays, Jan. 7–28
- Session 2: Fridays, Jan. 9–30
Soccer – Sabal Pines Park
- Session 3: Tuesdays, Feb. 10–March 3
- Session 4: Fridays, Feb. 13–March 6
Baseball – Recreation Complex
- Session 5: Tuesdays, March 24–April 14
Basketball – Recreation Complex
- Session 6: Fridays, April 10–May 1
- Session 7: Wednesdays, April 29–May 20
Multi-Sport – Recreation Complex
- Session 8: Wednesdays, June 10–July 1
Baseball – Recreation Complex
- Session 9: Fridays, July 10–31
Flag Football – Sabal Pines Park
- Session 10: Fridays, Aug. 14–Sept. 4
Basketball – Recreation Complex
- Session 11: Tuesdays, Sept. 15–Oct. 6
- Session 12: Fridays, Sept. 18–Oct. 9
Soccer – Sabal Pines Park
- Session 13: Tuesdays, Oct. 27–Nov. 17
- Session 14: Fridays, Oct. 30–Nov. 20
All sessions run from 6 to 7 p.m.
Registration and Fees
The cost is $50 per session for Coconut Creek residents and $70 for non-residents. Registration opens 30 days before each session for residents and 14 days prior for non-residents, pending availability. Each session is limited to 12 participants.
Credit card payment is required. Proof of residency includes a state-issued driver’s license or valid passport, plus one of the following: voter registration card, water bill, cable bill, or electric bill dated within two months of submission.
Registration is available online at www.CoconutCreek.gov/WebTrac or in person at the Recreation Complex or Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road. Participants must have a WebTrac account before registering online.
A birth certificate may be required to verify age and legal guardianship for walk-in registrations. For help setting up a WebTrac account, call the Recreation Complex at 954-956-1580.
