It’s a ruff job, but someone has to do it. The city’s most pup-ular dog park will be closed for maintenance from April 20 through April 22, and some four-legged friends may not be thrilled.
In addition to some routine upkeep, the city will be pressure washing sidewalks and painting water fountains at Barkland Dog Park.
“In an effort to ensure the most positive experience we can for our four-legged residents, we need to close it for a bit,” said Todd DeAngelis, Parkland Spokesperson.
“Perhaps some extra treats at home will satisfy them until we re-open,” he said.
The park will resume normal hours of operation on April 23, 2021.
