Jupiter and Flounder {Broward County Animal Care}
Two sweet pups are waiting to become the stars of your life—and both are available for adoption with no fees at Broward County Animal Care. Meet Jupiter and Flounder, this week’s featured Pets of the Week, who are ready to leave shelter life behind and become beloved family members.
Jupiter:
Jupiter (A2304788) is a 2-year-old Pointer mix with a heart as big as his name. In a loving foster home, Jupiter is a housebroken, well-behaved pup who only chews on his toys and is free of separation anxiety. He’s playful, affectionate, and gets along great with other dogs.
Described as a “cosmic bundle of joy,” Jupiter is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. Best of all, his adoption fee is completely waived. All he needs now is a family to call his own.
Those interested in meeting Jupiter can schedule a meet-and-greet by emailing the foster team at foster@broward.org.
Flounder:
Flounder (A2408405), a 2-year-old American Staffordshire mix, is ready to steal hearts with his adorable short legs and charming waddle. Found as a stray near Tiger Tail Lake in Dania Beach, Flounder’s background may be a mystery, but his friendly personality and love for belly rubs are no secret.
This easy-going pup enjoys leisurely walks, romping in the yard, and munching on treats. Like Jupiter, Flounder is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and available with no adoption fee.
