The City of Coconut Creek invites young athletes to participate in its upcoming Kids Pickleball Clinic, an engaging and educational opportunity for children to learn one of the fastest-growing sports in the nation.
Designed for ages 8 to 13, the outdoor clinic will focus on teaching foundational skills, pickleball rules, and fostering a love for the sport through fun and exercise. Children of all skill levels are welcome, and participants will be grouped according to age and experience to ensure an enjoyable and effective learning environment.
The clinic will be held on Mondays from January 27 through February 10, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Community Center outdoor courts located at 1100 Lyons Road. Participants are required to bring their own pickleball paddles.
The cost is $10 for Coconut Creek residents and $20 for non-residents, with payment accepted by credit card only. Space is limited to 20 participants, so early registration is encouraged.
Parents can register their children online at CoconutCreek.net/Webtrac or in person at the Community Center or the Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. A WebTrac account is required for online registration. For assistance in setting up an account, families can contact the Community Center at 954-545-6670.
