Coconut Creek Police responded to various calls from August 25 to August 31, 2026. Below is a detailed account of the incidents handled by local law enforcement during this period.
Incidents
Theft From a Vehicle
A theft from a vehicle was reported near Northwest 74th Place between 1 p.m. Aug. 24 and 10 p.m. Aug. 25. The estimated loss was $1,620.
Approximately $5,000 worth of equipment was reported stolen from a vehicle at Publix, 5365 Lyons Road, between 8 p.m. Aug. 27 and 1:53 a.m. Aug. 28.
Retail Theft
A delayed theft involving approximately $1,098 in merchandise was reported at Home Depot, 4550 North State Road 7, on Aug. 26. The theft allegedly occurred Aug. 24.
Approximately $188 in hair products was reported stolen from Publix at 5365 Lyons Road between June 30 and Aug. 27.

Approximately $72 in merchandise was reported stolen from Walmart at 5571 West Hillsboro Boulevard on Aug. 29. A notice to appear was issued.
Approximately $188 in merchandise was reported stolen from Walmart, 5571 West Hillsboro Boulevard, on Aug. 29. A notice to appear and a trespass warning were issued.
Approximately $444 in merchandise was reported stolen from Walmart at 5571 West Hillsboro Boulevard on Aug. 30. A notice to appear was issued, and the accused was permanently trespassed from the store.
Fraud
A worthless check or property fraud was reported at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet, 5500 North State Road 7, on Aug. 26. The alleged incident occurred Aug. 11.
The fraudulent use of a stolen credit card was reported at a 7-Eleven on Wiles Road on Aug. 26. The estimated loss was $54.
A wire or computer fraud involving Walmart and AT&T was reported on West Copans Road on Aug. 27. The estimated loss was $1.
Fleeing Police
A motorcyclist allegedly fled from a traffic stop near West Sample and Lyons roads at 12:47 a.m. Aug. 26.
A driver allegedly fled from a traffic stop in the 5000 block of Winston Park Boulevard at 4:33 p.m. Aug. 28. The vehicle was identified as a rental.
Domestic Violence Injunction
A violation of a temporary domestic violence injunction was reported near Northwest 36th Avenue on Aug. 26.
Juvenile Arrests
A 16-year-old was arrested at Coconut Creek High School, 1400 Northwest 44th Avenue, on Aug. 27 on no-bond pickup orders requested by his probation officer.
A 15-year-old was arrested at Coconut Creek High School on Aug. 27 on a no-bond pickup order requested by his probation officer.
Missing Juvenile
A runaway juvenile was reported in the Banyan Trails community on Aug. 27. The child was later recovered.
Battery
A battery between neighbors was reported near Parkside Court on Aug. 29. No injuries were reported, and a misdemeanor filing package was issued.
A simple battery was reported at Goldcoast Ballroom on Lyons Road between 11:30 p.m. Aug. 29 and 1:56 a.m. Aug. 30.
Recovered Property
A shotgun was found at CubeSmart Self Storage, 4801 West Hillsboro Boulevard, on Aug. 26 and placed into safekeeping.
A vehicle reported stolen in July was recovered in the Legacy community, 4507 West Atlantic Boulevard, on Aug. 31.
Hit-and-Run
A hit-and-run crash involving property damage was reported in the 4600 block of West Atlantic Boulevard on Aug. 28. Police located the driver, who was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Arrests
Travis Lamar Felder, 46, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of first-offense driving under the influence and possession of fentanyl.
Bryant Jamar Rancher, 40, was arrested Aug. 25 on a charge of trespassing after failing to leave property at 6570 North State Road 7.
Davian Sylvester Allen, 29, was arrested Aug. 28 on a charge of first-offense driving under the influence.
Marlene Elizabeth Clausen, 56, was arrested Aug. 28 on a battery charge.
Adrianne Tameka Long, 34, was arrested Aug. 28 on a charge of driving under the influence with property damage or injury.
Cleotilde Sampedro, 55, was arrested Aug. 29 on a first-offense petit theft charge.
Ouray Champasouk, 54, was arrested Aug. 29 on a first-offense, second-degree petit theft charge.
Ronald Sheridan Vera, 52, was arrested Aug. 30 on a felony charge of third-offense driving under the influence within 10 years.
Sabina Templin Dorre, 59, was arrested Aug. 30 on a first-offense, second-degree petit theft charge.
Anthony Robert Varsalona, 57, was arrested Aug. 31 on a misdemeanor charge of possessing less than 20 grams of cannabis.
Jacarri Lee McNair, 28, was arrested Aug. 31 on a felony charge of possessing more than 20 grams of cannabis or more than 3 grams of synthetic cannabis.
