Incidents
Electronic Harassment
Between 11:35 p.m. Jan. 19 and 12:40 a.m. Jan. 20, a victim reported being electronically harassed at a residence in the 3900 block of Crescent Creek Place.
Domestic Battery (Simple Touch/Strike)
Around 2:34 a.m. Jan. 20, officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 3800 block of Coral Tree Circle involving mutual combat between a husband and wife.
Theft From Vehicle
A vehicle burglary was reported in the 2100 block of NW 39th Avenue between the evening of Jan. 19 and the morning of Jan. 20. Estimated loss: $20.
Baker Act
Officers responded to multiple Baker Act incidents throughout the week, including locations along Coconut Creek Parkway and Lyons Road, Wiles Road, Monarch High School, Portofino Isle, Cocoplum Circle, Windmill Park, Paloma Lakes, Sorbet, and NW 42nd Avenue.
Bicycle Theft
A delayed report was filed for the theft of a Giant bicycle valued at $1,000 from the Wynmoor community. The incident occurred Dec. 17.
Theft (Traffic Stop)
On Jan. 20, officers conducted a traffic stop near Winston Park Boulevard and Lyons Road that resulted in a theft investigation. Estimated loss: $100.
Aggravated Battery
Multiple aggravated battery incidents were reported during the week, including cases in Baywood Village III, the Legacy community, and Buttonwood Hammocks. One incident involved a shooting, with the victim transported to North Broward Medical Center.
Attempted Vehicle Burglaries
An attempted theft from multiple vehicles was reported in Township Estates during the early morning hours of Jan. 21.
Retail Theft
Several retail thefts were reported, including incidents at Walgreens on State Road 7, Publix on Coconut Creek Parkway, Sunglass Hut on Lyons Road, and a delayed vehicle theft report from Al Hendrickson Toyota.
Residential Burglary
A delayed residential burglary was reported in the Wynmoor community. Estimated loss: $915.
Vehicle Fire
On Jan. 21, a vehicle fire was reported in a CVS parking lot along Lyons Road.
Fraud
A victim reported losing approximately $88,000 in a wire/computer fraud scheme. The report was filed Jan. 24.

Officers documented several suspicious incidents and civil or police information reports at locations including schools, businesses, and residential communities throughout Coconut Creek.

Arrested Jan. 20 for petit theft (second degree, first offense) at the 5000 block of Lyons Road.
Francisco Javier Castrotorres, 45
Arrested Jan. 20 on a felony charge of aggravated battery, offender knew or should have known victim was pregnant (domestic violence).
Joaquin Eduardo Lassus, 46
Arrested Jan. 21 for felony retail theft with two or more prior convictions.
Shemar Tyrice Johnson, 25
Arrested Jan. 21 on a felony charge of aggravated battery, offender knew or should have known victim was pregnant (domestic violence).
Marckely Daris, 39
Arrested Jan. 22 for driving under the influence following a crash along State Road 810.
William Kenneth Cody, 45
Arrested Jan. 22 for felony possession of fentanyl.
Devon Demitriuskenne Gaddist, 50
Arrested Jan. 22 for misdemeanor domestic battery (touch or strike).
Crystal Rosalie Gaddist, 43
Arrested Jan. 22 for misdemeanor domestic battery (touch or strike).
Gregory Lee Stryker, 50
Arrested Jan. 23 for felony possession of oxycodone.
Anthony William Sanabria, 48
Arrested Jan. 23 for felony possession of cocaine.
Jamarcus Vence Ballard, 37
Arrested Jan. 23 for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (firearm), domestic-related.
Keith Andrew Henderson, 61
Arrested Jan. 23 for disorderly intoxication causing a public disturbance.
