Domestic Disturbances
3681 W. Hillsboro Blvd — A verbal domestic disturbance was reported at 12:32 a.m. on Nov. 25.
4975 NW 6th St — A mother–son verbal disturbance was reported at 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 28.
3906 Sleepy Orange Ln — A verbal domestic disturbance occurred between 7:00 and 7:26 p.m. on Nov. 30.
Battery
5000 block of Wiles Rd — A woman reported being battered in a domestic incident at 7:37 a.m. on Nov. 25. A male was arrested.
4000 block of W. Sample Rd — A 90-year-old man suffered a 1–2 inch laceration to his head, possibly after being struck. Due to his medical condition, the cause could not be confirmed. Reported Nov. 27.
4500 block of Serko Blvd — A domestic battery affecting two individuals was reported at 12:19 a.m. Nov. 28.
4000 block of Allerdale Pl — A woman reported a domestic-related simple battery between 8:45 and 9 p.m. on Nov. 28. A man was arrested.
Criminal Mischief & Property Damage
4807 Coconut Creek Pkwy (Citi Bank) — Business windows were damaged overnight between Nov. 24–25.
6182 N. State Road 7 — Property damage was reported at 1:09 p.m. on Nov. 26.
Fraud
Next Level Contracting, 6601 Lyons Rd — The business reported a $19,000 fraud between Nov. 24–25 involving wire/computer transfer.
1900 block of Bermuda Cir (Wynmoor) — A resident provided banking information to an unknown subject, resulting in a loss of $1,017 on Nov. 25.
Wells Fargo, 5321 Lyons Rd — A suspect used a victim’s information to obtain a cashier’s check on Nov. 24 (reported Nov. 26).
Arson
4800 block of NW 14th St (Hammock Estates) — A house fire was intentionally set between 6:05 and 6:15 p.m. on Nov. 25.
Theft
7-Eleven, 4990 Coconut Creek Pkwy — A retail theft involving $13 worth of items occurred at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 25. No prosecution sought.
Trespassing
Pet Supermarket, 4500 N. State Road 7 — A previously trespassed individual returned and was arrested on Nov. 26.
Miscellaneous
Found Property at 2502 NW 49th Ter on Nov. 25.
Child Found at 6132 N. State Road 7 on Nov. 29.
Welfare Check at 4890 N. State Road 7 on Nov. 29.
Police Information reports related to prank phone calls and miscellaneous concerns throughout the week.
Assist Other Agency calls included warrant services, traffic stops, DUI-related calls, and felony arrests.

John Anthony Piscopo, 37 — Arrested on grand theft charges at 4364 NW 52nd St.

Melanie Yvette Tucker, 60 — Arrested for trespass after warning at 4500 N. State Road 7.
November 27
Ana Paola Estrada, 42 — Arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill during a domestic incident.
November 28
Juan Francisco Salazar, 41 — Arrested for DUI at 5000 Johnson Rd.
Kodenck A. Newkirk, 36 — Arrested for violating a domestic violence injunction.
November 30
Vanisa Franky, 32 — Arrested for battery/dating violence.
