Burglary
• Sunshine Drive (South Creek): Between Feb. 16 at 5 p.m. and Feb. 17 at 6:42 a.m., an unknown suspect burglarized a residence. Estimated loss: $120.
• NW 51st Avenue (Cypress Estates): On Feb. 18 between 2:30 p.m. and 2:54 p.m., a forced entry was made through a second-story rear window. It is unknown what was taken.
• Bimini Lane (Wynmoor): Between Oct. 30, 2025 and Feb. 19, 2026, a residence was burglarized. Cash and watches were reported stolen. Estimated loss: $6,300.
• Long Pine Circle: On Feb. 21 between 4:50 a.m. and 4:52 a.m., a burglary of an occupied dwelling was reported.
Vehicle Theft
• Lyons Road (Windsor): Between 12:24 a.m. and 7:28 a.m. on Feb. 20, a Honda CR-V was reported stolen.
Theft
• 6570 N. State Road 7 (Publix): On Feb. 18 at 2:46 p.m., retail merchandise valued at $61 was stolen.
• 5571 W. Hillsboro Boulevard (Walmart): On Feb. 18 at 2:51 p.m., subjects stole an over-the-counter inhaler. Estimated loss: $510.
• 5571 W. Hillsboro Boulevard (Walmart): On Feb. 18 at 5:21 p.m., a retail theft was reported. Estimated loss: $1.
• Carambola Circle N.: Between 1:50 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Feb. 18, a bicycle valued at $450 was stolen.
• 4550 N. State Road 7 (Home Depot): On Feb. 21 between 7:20 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., a spray gun was reported lost or stolen.
Fraud
• Long Pine Circle: Between Feb. 16 and Feb. 17, a stolen vehicle/overdue Turo rental was reported.
• 5431 Johnson Road (U-Haul): Two separate fraud cases were reported involving rental vehicles, including a 2024 Chevrolet Express G2500 and a 2017 Ford Econoline.
• Lucaya Lane (Wynmoor): Between Feb. 18 and Feb. 22, fraudulent use of a credit/ATM card was reported. Estimated loss: $200.
Battery / Domestic Incidents
• NW 42nd Way (Coquiana): On Feb. 22 at 5:12 p.m., a domestic battery was reported.
• Coconut Creek (Carrington): On Feb. 22, a domestic disturbance resulted in a violation of an injunction for protection order.
• Lyons Road (Cypress Shores): On Feb. 22 between 7:45 p.m. and 7:55 p.m., a domestic battery was reported.
• Multiple additional verbal domestic disturbances were reported throughout the city, including incidents in Avalon, Somerset, Windsor, Long Pines, and Baywood Village II.
DUI / Narcotics
• 4600 W. Sample Road: On Feb. 19 at 3:37 a.m., a DUI arrest followed a traffic stop.
• 4500 Lyons Road: On Feb. 22 at 3:45 a.m., a DUI arrest was made following a traffic stop.
• 4415 NW 45th Terrace: On Feb. 19 at 11:53 p.m., marijuana under 20 grams was reported during a suspicious vehicle investigation.
• 6100 State Road 7: On Feb. 18 at 6:30 p.m., marijuana under 20 grams was reported during a traffic stop.
Other Notable Incidents
• Lyons Creek Middle School: On Feb. 17, a weapon-related incident was reported on school property. On Feb. 18, a Baker Act was initiated at the same location.
• Oak Trail Park: On Feb. 19, a brush fire was reported.
• Ashton Parc: On Feb. 19, an animal bite was reported.
• Tallowwood: On Feb. 21, an unattended natural death was reported.
• Winston Park Elementary School: On Feb. 20, a juvenile disturbance was reported involving a kindergarten student.

• Donald Graham, 23: Arrested Feb. 18 for retail theft.
• Leandro Defreitas, 41: Arrested Feb. 18 for manufacturing/possessing counterfeit tags (felony).

• Russell Daniel Giambrone, 36: Arrested Feb. 20 for marijuana under 20 grams.

• Angel Alexander Tacuri, 29: Arrested Feb. 22 for DUI – first offense.
• Andrew Macleod Manson, 36: Arrested Feb. 22 for domestic battery.
• Ivonnet Sampson, 60: Arrested Feb. 22 for domestic battery.
