Publix, 4849 Coconut Creek Parkway, reported a retail theft on August 12. The estimated loss was $9.
Walmart, 5571 West Hillsboro Boulevard, reported the theft of corned beef and coffee on August 12. The estimated loss was $8.69. Prosecution was waived, and the person was trespassed from the store.
Publix, 5365 Lyons Road, reported a retail theft on August 14. The estimated loss was $77.
Publix at Coral Creek Plaza, 6570 North State Road 7, reported a delayed retail theft on August 15. The estimated loss was approximately $1,759.
Walmart, 5571 West Hillsboro Boulevard, reported a retail theft on August 15. The estimated loss was $74. An arrest was made.
Driving Under the Influence
A DUI was reported at 700 Lyons Road on August 12.
Drug Violation
A narcotics violation was reported at 5521 Winston Park Boulevard North on August 12. An arrest was made.
Marijuana weighing less than 20 grams was turned over to police for destruction at Paloma Lakes, 4651 Mimosa Terrace, on August 12.
Fleeing and Eluding
A fleeing and eluding incident was reported near West Atlantic Boulevard and Lyons Road on August 12. Police reported the vehicle fled southbound.
Another fleeing and eluding incident was reported in the 3800 block of Lyons Road on August 13. Police said a juvenile on an electric motorcycle fled an attempted traffic stop and was later arrested.
Fraud
A fraud involving the alleged theft of funds by fraudulent pretenses was reported on August 12. The incident reportedly occurred March 31 and involved an estimated loss of $8,000.

A stop-work-order violation was reported at Wynmoor on August 11.

Assault on Elderly Person
A 77-year-old man was reportedly punched near Coconut Creek Parkway on August 15. Police reported the suspect was gone when officers investigated.
Criminal Mischief
Criminal mischief involving a vehicle was reported at Publix in Coconut Creek Plaza on August 15.
Another criminal mischief incident involving a vehicle was reported in Wynmoor between August 16 and August 17. The victim declined prosecution.
Found Gun
A firearm was found at Evergreen, 5071 Wiles Road, on August 15.
Social Media Threat
Police assisted another agency after a threat was reportedly made on social media at Monarch Station on August 15. A threat assessment was completed.
Residential Burglary
A residential burglary was reported in Golden Raintree 3 on Northwest 30th Street on August 16. The estimated loss was $7,470. An arrest was made.
Battery Reports Involving Massage Therapist
Two women reported separate battery incidents involving a massage therapist in Township. Both incidents were reported to police on August 16.
Arrests
David James Gomez, 42, was arrested August 11 at 5571 West Hillsboro Boulevard and charged with second-degree petit theft, first offense.
Delroy Anthony Faulknor, 58, was arrested August 12 at 700 Lyons Road and charged with DUI involving alcohol or drugs, second offense.
Clifford Rafiel Stubbs, 39, was arrested August 12 at 5521 Winston Park Boulevard North and charged with possession of cannabis under 20 grams and possession of synthetic cannabis under 3 grams.
Brittany Nicole Stroman, 35, was arrested August 12 at 1100 Lyons Road on a felony warrant for battery on a law enforcement officer.
Byron Lance Tyrone, 65, was arrested August 15 at 5571 West Hillsboro Boulevard and charged with second-degree petit theft, second offense.
Patrick James Capozzoli, 38, was arrested August 16 at 4656 Northwest 30th Street and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling while unarmed.
Alicia Shaniece Wright, 32, was arrested August 16 at 2614 Nassau Bend and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
John Anthony Piscopo, 38, was arrested August 17 at 4303 West Atlantic Boulevard and charged with possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver.
