Vehicle Thefts
Coco Parc (751 Lyons Rd) – A vehicle was stolen between 6 p.m. Oct. 13 and 2:34 a.m. Oct. 14.
Grand Cypress (6101 Grand Cypress Cir E) – A truck was stolen overnight between Oct. 13 and Oct. 14, valued at $1,450.
BMW of Coconut Creek (4401 W Sample Rd) – Vehicle reported stolen between Sept. 30 and Oct. 18.
Fraud and Financial Crimes
Baywood Village 2 – Victim reported a phone scam resulting in a $13,079 loss on Oct. 14.
Home Depot (4450 N State Rd 7) – 79-year-old victim reported unauthorized credit card use.
Wynmoor (Antigua Ter) – Fraud investigation involving unknown suspects reported Oct. 17.
Retail and Property Thefts
7-Eleven (4990 Coconut Creek Pkwy) – Retail theft reported Oct. 14; loss estimated at $79.
Walgreens (6390 N State Rd 7) – Known suspect fled after a $1,401 retail theft on Oct. 14.
T-Mobile (6933 SR 810) – Stolen copper cables valued at $1,000 reported Oct. 15.
Aastro Roofing Company (4840 N State Rd 7) – Roofing materials stolen overnight, total loss approximately $11,492.
Walmart (5571 W Hillsboro Blvd) – Suspect arrested after retail theft totaling $1,039 on Oct. 17.
Domestic Disturbances
Incidents were reported at:
Elliot North (4000 block of Cocoplum Cir) – Disturbance between sisters.
Club Caribe (NW 61st St) – Verbal domestic.
Tallowwood MHP (NW 64th St) – Domestic disturbance.
Legacy Apartments (W Atlantic Blvd) – Domestic dispute.
Country Lakes (Camellia Ct) – Verbal domestic.
Windsor (Winston Park Blvd N) – Dispute between mother and daughter.
Pebblebrook (Pebblebrook Way), South Creek (Sunshine Dr), and Breckenridge North (NW 59th St) – Additional domestic calls during the week.
Baker Acts / Mental Health Incidents
Individuals were taken into custody under the Baker Act at:
Centura Parc, Trails of Willow Bend, Ashton Parc, Pinecreek, and Cypress Hammocks.
Additional incidents involved a juvenile student at Coconut Creek High School and an elderly female at Willow Bend.
Disturbances and Juvenile Incidents
Tradewinds Elementary (5400 Johnson Rd) – Students experienced multiple behavior-related crises and verbal threats on Oct. 14 and Oct. 15.
Criminal Mischief and Property Damage
Golden Raintree IV (Carambola Cir S) – Property damage related to a domestic battery case.
Satinwood Trail (Satinwood Cir) – Phone damaged; victim declined prosecution.
4500 Coconut Creek Pkwy – Minor property damage reported Oct. 16.
Suspicious Incidents
Several suspicious incidents were reported across Coconut Creek, including:
Bell Coconut Creek (3450 W Hillsboro Blvd) – Suspicious activity.
Avalon (Wiles Rd) – Suspicious person.
Somerset (NW 55th Ter), Centura Parc (NW 37th Ave), and Cypress Lakes – Additional suspicious incidents and welfare checks.
Missing Persons
Two juveniles were reported missing from Lyons Rd on Oct. 16; both cases were related.
Elderly Abuse
Allegations of elder neglect were investigated between Oct. 12 and 13 involving an 87-year-old male victim.
Arrests
W/M arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/dating violence at 4760 W Hillsboro Blvd on Oct. 18.
B/M arrested for battery by strangulation at 5260 NW 55th Blvd on Oct. 19.
87-year-old W/M arrested for felony battery involving a 74-year-old victim at Wynmoor on Oct. 19.
B/M suspect arrested for retail theft at Walmart on Oct. 17.
Adult male arrested for domestic battery at 4931 W Sample Rd on Oct. 17.
B/M arrested for trespassing on Broward College property on Oct. 18.
28-year-old B/M arrested on a misdemeanor capias warrant at Olivine (3800 Coral Tree Cir) on Oct. 16.
