Sorbet: A battery between two women was reported Aug. 2. No prosecution was pursued.

Burglary
Coconut Creek High School: A burglary was reported Aug. 2. A juvenile was taken into custody.
The Hook Up Smoke and Skate Shop: An attempted burglary was reported Aug. 2.
Criminal Mischief
Victoria Isles: A vehicle was damaged July 29.
DUI
A driver was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on Lyons Road on Aug. 1.
A second DUI arrest followed another traffic stop at Lyons Road and Sample Road on Aug. 1.
A DUI crash was reported at Sample Road and Lyons Road on Aug. 2.
Fire
Coconut Palm Club: Firefighters responded to a structure fire on Aug. 2.
Fleeing Police
An electric motorcycle fled from police near Cocoplum Circle and Lyons Road on July 29.
Retail Theft
Walgreens, 4600 Coconut Creek Parkway: Three unknown suspects stole approximately $115 in merchandise on July 28.
Walmart, 5571 W. Hillsboro Blvd.: About $528 in merchandise was stolen July 28. Prosecution was declined.
Walgreens, 4600 Coconut Creek Parkway: Approximately $103 in merchandise was stolen July 30.
Publix, 6570 N. State Road 7: Merchandise valued at about $1,386 was stolen July 31.
Publix, 4849 Coconut Creek Parkway: About $42 in merchandise was stolen Aug. 1. Prosecution was declined.
Sexual Battery
Bell Apartments: A sexual battery reported July 28 remains under investigation. No arrest had been made.
Other Incidents
An unlawful discharge of a weapon was reported on San Mellina Drive.
Multiple Baker Act cases were reported during the week.
An animal bite was reported at Legacy Apartments and another in The Township.
A vehicle was damaged after a tree fell on it outside McDonald’s on Sample Road.
Several domestic disturbances, property damage, lost and found property reports, trespass warnings, and police assistance calls were also documented during the reporting period.

Eduardo Nicholas Moraga, 42, of Weston: Fraudulent use of another person’s identification without consent.
Chaz Shanardrick Sapp, 32: DUI.
Robert Maldonado, 58: Battery.
Jonas Dealmeida Guimaraes, 57: DUI.
Joao David Leitodoseis, 33: DUI.
Angel Jimenez Alicea, 29: Possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis and synthetic cannabinoids.
Aaron Dquain Dale, 29: Possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis and synthetic cannabinoids.
Tealor Brianna James, 25: Domestic battery.
Ladarious X. Walker, 20: Violation of probation for battery.
