The City of Coconut Creek is inviting residents to take part in a new four-part Public Safety Series designed to provide hands-on learning and practical tools to help keep the community safe and prepared throughout the year.
The interactive series will focus on key areas of public safety, offering valuable information and real-world strategies that residents can apply in their daily lives. Each session will feature engaging activities and resources to empower participants of all ages.
The series schedule includes:
- Crime Prevention – April 2
- Hurricane Preparedness – May 21
- Fire & Fireworks Safety – June 18
- Cybersecurity – October 1
All sessions will be held from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. in the Coconut Creek City Hall Commission Chambers, located at 4800 W. Copans Road.
The program is free to attend, but preregistration is required. Space is limited to 100 participants per session, and registration will remain open until capacity is reached.
Attendees can also enjoy complimentary refreshments and receive promotional items at each event.
