
Coconut Creek Recreation Complex.
Young artists in Coconut Creek will have a chance to explore their creativity this fall through a hands-on arts and crafts program hosted by the city.
The Creative Arts and Crafts sessions will run on Tuesdays from September 2 through September 30, with no class on September 23. Classes are scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard.
Designed for children ages 8 to 12, the program encourages participants to create artwork using a variety of mediums. All supplies and materials are provided.
The cost is $40 per session for residents of Coconut Creek and $50 for non-residents. Credit card payment is required.
Registration is open until the program is full, with space limited to 12 participants. Families may register online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or in person at the Recreation Complex or Community Center at 1100 Lyons Road. A WebTrac account is required for online registration.
